Niki Karimi’s new film gets production permit

New film, produced by Iranian actress Niki Karimi, receives production license.

A new film, produced by Iranian actress and director Niki Karimi, has received a license for production.

The Production Licensing Council of the Iranian Organization of Cinema issued the permit for Karimi’s new film ‘Until Tomorrow’ (Ta farad).

The film is co-written by Ali Asgari and Alireza Khatami.

‘Until Tomorrow’ will be directed by Ali Asgari.

Karimi made her movie debut in 'Temptation' in 1989, but her role in the movies 'The Bride' (1990) and 'Sara' (1991) earned her fame.

She bagged many awards at various Iranian and international festivals.

Karimi made her feature directorial debut with 'One Night' in 2004. The movie took part in numerous international film festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival in France.

She has appeared in various series and movies such as 'Kimia', and 'Women Are Angels', which were aired on ifilm English TV channel.
